I have the following list of questions I would like answerer in writing. 

 

1. What are the specific reasons you have chosen not to take this case? 

 

2. Why would a battered woman syndrome type argument not be successful in this case ?

 

3. Per NRS 200.373 rape in the context of if I were married to {D}, it would be rape. Why does that not apply in a romantic relationship? 

 

4. I’m a well educated former teacher and minivan driver. I taught in Christian schools. I was a history and Bible teacher. I have a neurological condition that got markedly worse in Oct of 23 that will probably kill me and I had to talk to my parents about when to take me off the ventilator. You can gain sympathy for the victim and show that I was not making good decisions at the time. Thoughts on those?
