Never Change

Well, that caused a bit of a stir, eh? {D}, to whom in Vegas did you WhatsApp that to? You still on WhatsApp? Does the missus know? Do you still have it hidden on the phone inside a grouping named something innocuous? I certainly hope she doesn’t find out.

I’m still waiting on LawyerBoy to get back to me, but I’m pretty much ready to pull the trigger on this bad boy. Fuck around and find out, am I right?

I have thought this through. I’m really balancing on EB5. It is so well documented. So much public record. God bless the VT Digger. Did you know the AG’s office tried to charge poor Anne Galloway like $100k for public records?

Hell, they charged me $90 for 4 emails. And the guy over there, a different Todd, called me from his personal cell phone to discuss the whole thing. No way that can be public record, eh? Vermont is very stealthy. Fuck around, but ain’t nobody gonna find out. They learned that lesson with EB5.

The EB5 database is not indexed by any search engines. You literally have to go in section by section and do your query. That was brilliant. The average person will not do that or even find that database. 

They are avoiding my last records request in Vermont. Like, I am not getting a response. I asked for a list of all the subcontractors under the contract they have openly available from one department.

Because, see, I am still not happy with the fact that {D} posed as one of his own victims from a state building. That is a failure to supervise. And also, what the hell is he still doing working for that state? They know. I know they know. There is no denying it. I have screen recordings.

So they let an accused rapist, who was clearly only not charged because it was going to cost Nevada too much money, work under a layer of contract after they fired him. Jesus, that ain’t gonna look good should it ever come out. No wonder they won’t give me public records.

I know that he may have been in trouble before for sexual comments. He said someone said something to him. He is a known predator. I am not certain why anyone would not see the liability in that. Give him time, he will most certainly get himself into trouble without any help from me. I’ll just be around to catch it.

See, because here is the deal. He belongs in prison. I mean, the “prosecutorial discretion” in this case was bullshit from the start. He was never going to be charged. But he really should have been. LawyerBoy talked to an old friend who used to be at the DA’s office. He was aghast at the fact they didn’t charge him. He was like, “What the hell? Wolfson has charged cases like that before with less evidence.”

It is very much a prosecutable case.

And the defense is that he didn’t hear me say no. Like, for real? If that is the case, then why did he repeatedly tell me to shut up? That was all I was saying, so what did he hear that made him tell me to shut up?

Then, when I said “pull it out,” he responded and acknowledged my exact words.

And I am sorry, anyone who has ever met me knows that I have no volume control over my voice. I am loud as fuck. You can hear me three states away when I speak. It’s a goddamn running joke in my life. I don’t know how to whisper. I just have a voice that carries

Plus, add in being the mom of a hearing-impaired child. I’m loud and I enunciate like a motherfucker.

I don’t mumble like some people do while they lie. If no one has noticed that about {D}, it is one of his tells. The lips get thin and he mumbles when he is lying. Also, he uses gender-neutral terms for women. He only uses male or gender-neutral pronouns.

I do wonder about his family emergency. Where would that have taken him? I mean, it’s got to be one of three places, right? That is where the family is. The missus wasn’t with him. He made damn sure he didn’t get on here. Someone was obviously keeping him abreast of things or he wouldn’t have been in the Zoom. I wonder. I’ll have to do some analytics digging. I’ll bet that Vegas visitor was also there during that. And if the girls in the office were correct, I bet I know who it is. AG’s office, correct?
