So Dave, I don’t know if you’re getting served with the protection from sexual assault order this weekend or next. They might serve you both together, but it will be Monday before Amy’s protection from stalking order goes out. They sent it to me right after the deadline. So, by the time I signed it, I was two minutes late. Oh well.
I don’t know anything about this shit. I don’t know how long it will be before we have a hearing. Anyone got any idea? Whatever.
Oh, and I went ahead and did something last night that I frankly didn’t think of until last night. Obviously, I’ve been looking for the other victims. And in this case, when Amy files charges against Dave, I wanted to make sure they would take her seriously at the sheriff’s department.
So, I actually sent an email. That shit has never gotten me in trouble before. What could possibly go wrong? Yikes. Anyway, I went ahead and sent a lengthy email and, of course, all the documents so they had them.
I asked them to take a look, if they could, at any possible old complaints that have been made against Dave. I also felt the need to let them know that Dave had told me he had threatened some cop at one point. I was trying to frame it nicely, but I wanted them to kind of know that there was a possibility some officer might not have even taken a complaint against Dave. That is a concern.
Finally, I let them know that Amy was in danger. Sorry, I did tell them that I did not believe she would be anywhere close to ready to report, but when it happens, she needs to be taken very seriously.
If I can do nothing else, she won’t get blown off. She won’t be ignored. She won’t.
Remember that always, Dave. Before you hurt her, you need to think about the consequences of your actions. You will absolutely never get away with this again. Do you understand what I am saying right now?
This is done. You both, get off my fucking website. Be fucking humans for one goddamn day and let me have my life back.
