Well, the case wasn’t dismissed. That’s a thing, right? I just kind of said that it was my sexual assault case, they were told by the judge to work with me, I’ve gotten nothing. It was a sexual assault on video and involved a state official, and I want answers, and they will not respond to me. He said he would review it. They half-heartedly said it wasn’t served properly. I went to the dismissal hearing later in the day, and he said it was moot and he was going to review it.
Is that a judicial review?
I have no idea.
but the weird part was my electric was shut off 30 minutes before the hearing. I found that to be odd timing.
I’m a little weirded out because I just realized I didn’t meet with the guy Halligan told me I was meeting with. They recorded nothing, and they never sent me what they were supposed to send me. They took me through this maze of a building. I was trying not to cry as we went deeper and deeper in. I couldn’t have made it two years ago. I was concise. I was factual. I explained most of it. But it’s a lot, and I don’t know if I was clear. I had to pause a couple of times. I know I left things out. I was going to add to it when they sent me the email. But it never came.
Is that on my end or theirs?
Who knows.
I got a weird text from my old friend Duro, who’s in New York. He said at 2 a.m. his time he was going to be here in November. He said, “Stand your ground.” He was clearly fucked up. It was just weird.
