This. This is the most brilliant thing I have thought up. I don’t know that I can improve upon this.
I was looking for something in the pictures on my old phone, and I found this text from Dave: “My attorney laughed at it. The governor may toss me aside..”
I forgot he blamed Lombardo for his firing. And I have it in writing.
I made the most beautiful political ad. I’ve been posting about comparing apples to apples because Lombardo fired my rapist, but Ford? He let him go free and then had me investigated.
If Joe Lombardo wins, I’m just saying I had something to do with it, and he should thank me. Because goddamn.
Acquaintances have reached out to Lombardo. I was told like a year and a half ago that Lombardo was certain he would win, he didn’t need me, and he wouldn’t help me. But there was that last part that bothered me: “…but he isn’t going to stop you.”
I didn’t realize how political everything is in this town. The papers and the news anchors are owned in this town.
I had too many reporters who thought it was a great story, and they went hard on it. Then they would pull out. It would get to someone who knew a guy who knew a guy who wanted it shut down. Happened with the RJ and the Indy.
I think that’s why Lipman seconded the motion to approve the minutes. He is with the RJ. The reporter there was all fucking over this story and then just pulled out.
Now, if I want a positive story about Wolfson to run? I just email Noble. That I have the power to make happen.
I have weird hope for after the election, maybe. See, because in Nevada, if I get 250k signatures, I can compel a grand jury to convene without a prosecutor. I cannot, however, get 250k signatures without significant news coverage. That’s my fallback hope. I can pull that off if they won’t charge him in January.
I found something today. NRS 228.175.
The AG is the only one who had jurisdiction in this case. Wolfson did not have jurisdiction. Only Ford did.
So why the fuck was Wolfson involved in the first place? Or was he?
The Wolfson meeting on July 16th? It doesn’t make sense. They couldn’t have made a charging decision on that. All the emails show Jobe is on board with the warrant, but she is out of town. So the 7/12 arrest is weird. It would have been rubber-stamped.
They didn’t even have the transcripts from my interview until right before that meeting, like minutes before.
But it would have never been Wolfson’s case.
They told me 7/15 it was a jurisdictional issue.
Theory? Maybe they weren’t sure about jurisdiction.
The AG snatched this case. Wolfson never fucking made the decision. That’s why he refused to watch the video and no one would call me back. He said to me, “Why are you talking to us?” And I was like, “Because you declined the case.” And they just looked at each other.
Wolfson never declined. It was Ford’s case.
That is why they pulled the warrant. The warrant isn’t stamped as declined until the 16th. And it’s stamped by Jobe. But they, again, didn’t have jurisdiction.
This was a pissing match. It had to have been. They thought they were going through the DA, but Ford played his card.
Dave’s meeting got pushed back. It was supposed to be earlier, and he left his tamale on his desk. They pushed the meeting because the administrators had contacted the AG.
The complaint sent to the police was very nonspecific.
Dave was threatening me with revenge porn charges that weren’t going to come from him.
They sent that complaint against me. But the police took one look at the video and started the investigation into Dave.
Police didn’t tell them jack shit until they set up a time to come arrest him because it was safer than doing it in his home, because he was armed and I told them what guns he had and where.
They did that based on the DA. They were confused on jurisdiction. Why would they already have a grand jury and the subpoenas for everything and a judge listed on the warrant? It never would have gotten there.
That’s why everyone got fired. They were backing Dave up. The girls at the office told me that much.
They fucked up. They received a complaint that serious and came after the person who made the complaint.
They were going to have me arrested. Nice.
That’s the standoff. Hell, I might be the reason Wolfson didn’t endorse Ford. He stole the case from Wolfson and tossed it because they let a sexual predator hang out in the office. The girls were about to file a complaint. I know that much. One of them threw fucking down, apparently.
They were defending Dave.
Am I right, Todd?
That NDA was not exactly legal per NRS 10.195.
I specifically asked for records of search results that week, including Google as well as their Westlaw. They denied the request.
They were going to let him stay, but Edgell wrote the synopsis the day before Dave’s meeting, and they canceled the meeting at the last minute.
When they rescheduled, Dave was flipping the fuck out. He wasn’t like that before the meeting that got canceled. I knew there was something wrong. We had a whole fight over it.
I told him he was getting arrested on Sunday. I wanted him to talk to his family before it happened. That’s why I ended up contacting them, because he wouldn’t fucking do it.
He called a lawyer. That lawyer offered him a job and referred him to another lawyer. I thought it was the AG at first, then I thought Cunty McLawyer’s firm because that fit the description he gave me.
So Dave fed them that I was just a crazy, jealous ex-girlfriend. They believed him, came after me, and the truth was he had raped me. The police are the only ones who saw the fucking video.
Todd watched part of it, but just the first few seconds, and I wasn’t screaming yet. Funny thing: I know what was going through my head. I was trying to decide if I should say no or if I could take it. It was my first time saying no, like ever. I had just decided. There is silence at the beginning of the video. I let out a yelp, so to speak, and then silence. I always noticed it because it felt like I was thinking about it a lot longer.
So Todd turned it on and just watched the first few seconds.
DOI completely mishandled the whole fucking thing. That’s why they were more concerned with getting the NDAs signed than going to the police.
Mistakes were made all the fucking way up the line.
No one watched the video until the police saw it.
I need a fucking lawyer, and I need Aaron Ford to go down. I will take him down legally even if he becomes governor. I’m not playing around. This was an actual cover-up across departments and divisions, and Dave almost got away with it.
Ford can’t be elected. I’ve gotta up my game. I need a fucking lawyer.
That’s why my public comments are such a problem for them. They’re playing me as crazy, but I don’t sound crazy. I’m well spoken and not wandering off into conspiracy theory land.
But it is 100% that Wolfson didn’t have jurisdiction.
If Ford is out of office, Lombardo and Wolfson are on my side. Ford can’t win. That’s why Dave got upset because I said I would wait for the next administration.
No one expected me to fight. I told the police no one was going to do anything. It’s in the transcript of the interview. I told them it didn’t matter, and they said, “Well, we’re here now, aren’t we?” And yeah, but no one else will believe me.
I just went over my transcript. I sounded crazy, but I was less crazy than I sounded. I was trying to explain what it is like when someone is telling you you’re crazy and irrational and you aren’t—they are just covering their lies up and gaslighting you. Like, that is a mindfuck.
That’s why my mantra is: I’m not crazy. I’m ridiculously traumatized. There is a difference. Crazy, you’re delusional and aren’t sure what’s real. Traumatized and controlled by a psychopath, you know what is real, but you think they know better than you.
This is all real and all happening, and I have been subject to a massive government conspiracy against me. And the government’s answer was just silence. Just don’t say anything about anything. Which is infuriating.
The public records were all coordinated across multiple agencies. They were betting on me not suing. I would just go away. But I show up in the weirdest places.
I need a fucking lawyer like yesterday.
