The Problem With Two States

I have a side project going and it is pissing me off. No one ever answers you straight and the name of the game is to give as little information as humanly possible.

I hate it when I know information is there, but I can’t have it. I am so tired of public records requests and this shit. Let’s make some points clear:

  1. DOI intentionally destroyed evidence in a crime prior to reporting it to the police, technically. I have the emails where they say to delete and make people sign an NDA PRIOR to contacting the police. That is destruction of evidence.
  2. DOI, in the first place, reported to the wrong agency. It should have, per mandate, been reported to the Nevada Attorney General’s office.
  3. The State of Nevada allowed {D} on their premises. While he was on duty he would harass and threaten me for a week before they saw fit to remove him from his office and not allow him back.
  4. It took a week for Nevada to take away his access to the internet on state systems that he was using to harass me.
  5. They knew. I had sent the email telling them.
  6. {D} was threatening me with charges that would come from the state and not him personally. He told me repeatedly that “you will be charged, it won’t come from me though,” implying it was the state that was going to have me arrested.
  7. He told me everyone knew what that really was and that they were laughing when they saw it.

Do I now believe anything {D} said? No, I do not. At the time, however, I did believe him. He almost prevented me from talking to the police while sitting in his state office on a state network.

Then he did it in another state. When does it go from him harassing me to neglect by an employer who also happens to be the state?
